よくある質問

音源が読み込めない: ファイル App から選べる m4a / mp3 / wav に対応しています。Apple Music で購入・ダウンロードした曲は DRM(著作権保護)がかかっているため読み込めません。 DRM の無い音源ファイル(自分で編集したものや、購入して手元にあるファイル)を、ファイル App に置いてから選んでください。
受け取った .dancenow が開けない: 送った側と受け取る側の両方で、DanceNow を最新にしてください。「App Store でアプリを最新にしてから開いてください」と出た場合は、送った側の方が新しい版で作ったファイルです。受け取る側のアプリを App Store で更新すると開けるようになります。
受け取った構成に音がない: 仕様です。.dancenow には音源が含まれません(音源は他者の著作物であることが多く、ファイルとして渡さない設計にしています)。受け取った直後に出る画面で、自分の端末にある同じ音源を選び直してください。音源を選ばなくても、構成の確認と動画の書き出し(無音)はできます。
書き出した動画が写真に無い: iPhone の「設定」→「DanceNow」→「写真」で、「追加のみ」または「フルアクセス」になっているか確認してください。「なし」になっていると保存できません。書き出しの最後に「動画を保存しました！」と出ていれば、写真 App の「最近の項目」にあります。
データはどこに保存される?: すべて iPhone の中です。 動画・音源・構成のデータをサーバーに送る仕組みはアプリにありません。アプリを削除すると、アプリ内のデータも一緒に消えます(写真 App に保存した動画は残ります)。詳しくはプライバシーポリシーをご覧ください。

Frequently asked questions

My music won't load: DanceNow reads m4a / mp3 / wav files chosen from the Files app. Songs bought or downloaded through Apple Music are DRM-protected and cannot be loaded. Put a DRM-free audio file (one you edited yourself, or a purchased file you own) in the Files app and pick it from there.
I can't open a .dancenow file I received: Make sure both the sender and the receiver have the latest DanceNow. If you see “Please update the app from the App Store before opening this”, the file was made with a newer version than yours — updating DanceNow from the App Store will let you open it.
The formation I received has no music: This is by design. A .dancenow file never contains audio (music is usually someone else's copyrighted work, so we don't pass it around as a file). Right after receiving, a screen asks you to pick the same track from your own device. You can still review the formation and export a (silent) video without picking one.
The exported video isn't in Photos: Open Settings → DanceNow → Photos and check that it is set to “Add Photos Only” or “Full Access”. With “None”, saving fails. If the app showed “Video saved!” at the end of the export, the video is in the Recents album of the Photos app.
Where is my data stored?: Entirely on your iPhone. The app has no mechanism to send videos, music or formation data to any server. Deleting the app deletes its data (videos already saved to Photos stay there). See the Privacy Policy for details.
