DanceNow(以下「本アプリ」)は、niyang が開発・提供する iPhone 向けアプリです。本アプリにおける利用者の情報の扱いを、以下のとおり定めます。
1. 動画・音源・構成データは外部に送信しません
本アプリは、利用者が読み込んだ動画、音源、および作成した構成データを一切外部に送信しません。動画の比較、音声の解析、テンポの判定、動画の書き出しといったすべての処理は、利用者の端末の中だけで完結します。本アプリには、これらのデータをサーバーへ送る仕組みそのものがありません。
2. 個人情報・利用状況・端末識別子を収集しません
本アプリは、氏名・メールアドレス等の個人情報、アプリの利用状況、端末識別子(広告識別子を含む)を収集しません。アカウント登録もありません。
3. 写真ライブラリへのアクセス
写真ライブラリへのアクセスは、動画を読み込むこと、および書き出した動画を保存することのためにのみ使用します。読み込みは利用者が選んだ動画に限られ、保存は利用者が書き出しの操作をしたときにのみ行います。
4. ファイルへのアクセス
ファイル(ファイル App 等)へのアクセスは、音源ファイルと .dancenow ファイルを読み込むことのためにのみ使用します。利用者が選んだファイル以外にはアクセスしません。
5. 広告 SDK・解析 SDK を含みません
本アプリは、広告配信のための SDK、および利用状況を解析するための第三者 SDK を一切含みません。トラッキングの許可を求めることもありません。
6. 「あなたの統計」画面について
本アプリの設定画面には、書き出しや共有の回数などを表示する「あなたの統計」があります。これらの数字は端末内でのみ数えられ、送信されません。 利用者が「1行にまとめてコピー」を押した場合に限り、その内容が端末のクリップボードに入ります。それを誰かに送るかどうかは、利用者自身が決めます。
7. 将来の変更について
将来、匿名の利用回数(機能を使った回数のみ。動画・音源・構成データ・端末識別子は含まない)を利用者の同意(オプトイン)のもとで送信する機能を追加する場合は、本文書を更新したうえで、アプリ内で明示的に同意を求めます。同意しない限り送信は行われません。

DanceNow (“the app”) is an iPhone app developed and published by niyang. This document describes how the app treats your information.
1. Your videos, music and formation data are never sent anywhere
The app never transmits the videos you load, your music, or the formation data you create. Video comparison, audio analysis, tempo detection and video export all run entirely on your device. The app contains no mechanism to send this data to any server.
2. No personal information, usage data or device identifiers are collected
The app does not collect personal information such as your name or email address, does not collect usage data, and does not collect device identifiers (including the advertising identifier). There is no account.
3. Photo library access
Access to the photo library is used only to load videos and to save exported videos. Loading is limited to the videos you choose, and saving happens only when you run an export.
4. File access
Access to files (for example through the Files app) is used only to load audio files and .dancenow files. The app does not access files other than those you choose.
5. No advertising or analytics SDKs
The app includes no advertising SDK and no third-party analytics SDK. It never asks for tracking permission.
6. About the “Your stats” screen
The settings screen includes “Your stats”, which shows counts such as how many times you exported or shared. These numbers are counted on the device only and are never transmitted. Only if you tap “Copy as one line” does the text go to your device's clipboard; whether to send it to anyone is entirely your decision.
7. Future changes
If we ever add a feature that sends anonymous usage counts (feature-use counts only — never videos, music, formation data or device identifiers) with your explicit opt-in consent, we will update this document first and ask for your consent inside the app. Nothing is sent unless you agree.
